How will I receive my download?

A unique link will be sent to the email address you provide. Your file will be available at the link for 24 hours.

What type of file will I receive?

If you have ordered a custom track or recording, you will receive an audio file in mp3 format.

If you have ordered a custom sheet music file, you will receive a PDF.

What if I don’t download my file in the allotted time?

Please email kristin@prepmyrep.com with your original order information to receive a new link with your file.

How long will it take to receive my product?

You will receive your product within 48 hours of purchase time. If you need your item sooner, you can select a 24-hour delivery time for an additional fee. If you need your product sooner than 24 hours, please email kristin@prepmyrep.com to inquire about availability and pricing.

What type of audio file should I email?

You can email an audio file in mp3, m4a, or any other standard audio format.

What type of sheet music file should I email?

Please send your sheet music as a PDF.

What if my cut is slightly over 16 or 32 bars?

If you are unsure of which product to order, please email kristin@prepmyrep.com to inquire. Include your sheet music with all cuts clearly indicated and PrepMyRep will contact you to advise on which product to order. Your product will not be created until an order is made.

Can I get a recording in a different key than my sheet music?

Yes. Please specify your desired key when emailing your sheet music.

Are bulk rates available?
